Student-Run Restaurant

Since 1998, Dolci has been throwing dinner parties for MiddKids.

On Friday nights you'll find us in Atwater Dining Hall, serving free multi-course meals to 104 students. In between dinners, we're serving snacks out of our food truck, hosting pop-ups, and feeding the early birds at our Breakfast Club.

Dolci's Spring 2025 Board

Meet the 
Dolci Board

As a student-run restaurant, Dolci’s day-to-day operations are undertaken by our board. With diverse culinary backgrounds and interests, each board puts its own spin on Dolci with events that are unique representations of our homes and travels, passions and curiosities, guilty pleasures and go-to dishes. Board members prove themselves as prep chefs and are appointed to the board on the basis of their dedication, organization, initiative, and creativity. Each board member is ServSafe certified.

Our board is overseen and supported by Atwater Head Chef Ian Martin, Director of Dining Services Dan Detora, the cooks and staff at Atwater Dining Hall, and Events Management. We are grateful to Ian, Dan, and the team at Atwater for their expertise and mentorship.
